However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange your order. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have established the following return and exchange policy:
- Custom Made: As custom-made garments are specifically crafted according to your individual measurements and style choices, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Made-to-Order: Made-to-order garments are garments based on standard sizing measurements and selected style. These garments can be eligible for returns or exchanges under certain conditions, which are outlined below.
- Bespoke: Bespoke garments are fully tailored to your precise measurements and design specifications. Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke clothing, these garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Returns and Exchanges:
- Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a custom made, made-to-order, or bespoke garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Measurement or Fit Issues(Custom and Bespoke): In the rare event that a garment does not fit as intended due to measurement discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review the measurements and work with you to resolve the issue. This may involve alterations or remaking the garment, depending on the circumstances.
- Order Errors: If there was an error on our part in fulfilling your made-to-measure order (e.g., incorrect fabric, style, or color), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will rectify the mistake by providing the correct garment or offering a suitable solution.
3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and labels intact.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within the specified time frame (7 days of receiving the item).
- Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, may be required.
- Custom-made and bespoke garments that have been altered by a third party are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through the designated channels, providing relevant details and supporting documentation.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Standard production and delivery time is 4-6 weeks for most garments. Depending on style scope of project production and delivery time may be longer.
To order custom clothing from Oxblood Zebra, Custom Suits and Tuxedos, simply schedule an appointment with one of our experienced tailors. During your appointment, we will take your measurements and discuss your design preferences. We will then create a custom pattern and fabric selection for you to choose from. Once you have approved the design, we will begin creating your custom clothing.
Placement of an order indicates the client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Oxblood Zebra reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering or registering, the client grants The Oxblood Zebra the right to add his or her contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact clients about offers and new products. Clients can easily be removed from our marketing communications list by either unsubscribing or contacting our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders placed are subject to acceptance. The Oxblood Zebra reserves the right, at all times and at our sole discretion, to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to the client.
The Oxblood Zebra will alter Custom Made garments to ensure proper fit, for up to three month from the time of delivery. Oxblood Zebra is not responsible for adjustments needed to a garment that are due to significant change in build. Made To Order garment orders do not include any complimentary alterations.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
The client is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
The client confirms that he/she is authorized to use the credit card/debit card whose details you enter. All credit /debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of a client’s card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept the order.
In the event a product is listed with incorrect price or other incorrect information, Oxblood Zebra shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed with incorrect information.
